Start with how many images/videos you make each month: Lite suits casual exploring, Pro fits regular creators, Ultra is built for heavy or professional use. If you're unsure, start small — you can upgrade anytime and only pay the difference for the remaining days, so there's no risk of overpaying.
Yearly billing is about 33% cheaper than paying monthly, and first-time yearly subscribers get an extra first-year discount (Lite: $79 for year one, then $120/year — versus $15 × 12 = $180 on monthly). Monthly billing is the flexible choice if you just want to try things out. You can start monthly and switch to yearly anytime; your unused days are credited automatically.
Subscriptions give you credits every month at the lowest per-credit price — best for steady use. One-time packs are pay-once credits that never expire — perfect for a burst of work or for topping up when a subscription month runs short. You can have both; all credits go into one shared balance that never expires.
You only pay the difference for the time left in your current period — your new plan starts instantly. Example: You're on Lite Monthly ($15/mo). Halfway through the month, you upgrade to Pro Monthly ($29.90/mo). Today you pay: +$14.95 (Pro for the remaining 15 days) − $7.50 (the 15 unused days of Lite you already paid for) = $7.45 charged today. Pro is active immediately; next month you simply pay $29.90.
Yes. Your unused monthly days are credited toward the yearly price, and your new year starts today. Example: You paid $15 yesterday for Lite Monthly, and switch to Lite Yearly today. Today you pay: +$120 (one full year of Lite) − $41 (first-year discount, if you've never had a yearly plan) − $14.95 (the 29 unused days of your month) = $64.05 charged today. Your yearly period starts today and the monthly plan won't renew.
Credits on a yearly plan arrive monthly, not all at once — you get a fixed amount each month, 12 times over the year (e.g. Lite Yearly: 500 credits every month). If you cancel renewal, the monthly grants keep coming until the last month of your paid year, then stop. Every credit already granted stays in your balance forever.
Your balance stays as it is — but from your next monthly refill, credits arrive at the new plan's rate. Example: You have Lite Yearly (500 credits/month). Four months in, you upgrade to Pro Yearly (1,250 credits/month). Your balance doesn't change today; from the 5th refill onward you receive 1,250 credits instead of 500. The first 4 months aren't re-granted — you paid the lower plan's price for them. Either way, the credits already in your balance are never taken away.
No cash goes back to your card. When you change plans mid-period, the value of the paid days you won't use is deducted from the upgrade bill itself — so you only ever pay the difference. You see the full breakdown before you confirm, on a single bill.
Just buy a one-time pack — no plan change needed, and the credits stack on top of your balance. You'll also see exactly how many credits a generation costs in the generator before you hit create, so there are no surprises.
Not with one click — prepaid subscription time isn't refundable, so direct downgrades aren't offered. Instead: turn off renewal in Manage Subscription (your plan stays fully active until the paid period ends), then subscribe to the lower plan when it expires. Every credit you've already received is yours to keep.
Credits never expire. Subscription, bonus, and one-time pack credits stay in your balance forever — even after you cancel. When you cancel, you keep full plan benefits until the end of the paid period, and your remaining credits stay usable afterwards.
Open Manage Subscription and cancel — it takes seconds, with no fees. There are no further charges, and your plan stays active until the paid period ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the plan card; a first-year promotional price renews at the regular yearly price (e.g. Lite: $79 for the first year, then $120/year). Cancel anytime before renewal to stop it.
